This Notice is designed to provide you with information regarding the collection and processing of your personally identifiable information when using BlackBerry’s products and services. For further information regarding BlackBerry’s privacy and data management practices please refer to our Privacy Policy (note that the terms of our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time).

What information does BlackBerry collect?
A user’s Personally identifiable information (PII) is collected during the Customer Support Portal registration process.

How is this information used?
BlackBerry uses the above information to confirm a user’s customer status and to grant access to the Customer Support Portal and the AtHoc Academy. This information will only be used to facilitate the performance of the End User License Agreement under which BlackBerry’s services and products are offered. By electing to use this service, you consent to receive that information at your provided email address, though consent may be withdrawn at any time. The above information will not be sold or leased to third parties, but will be provided with our learning management sub-processor, Cornerstone OnDemand for the provision of this service. BlackBerry has entered into an appropriate data protection agreement with Cornerstone OnDemand in accordance with prevailing EU law.

Where will my information be stored and for how long?
The above information will be stored at database centers in El Segundo, California and Ashburn, Virginia. and will be retained for so long as is required under the applicable contractual terms under which BlackBerry’s services are offered.

Rights to your personal information.
As a data subject you may request a copy of your personal information, have that information corrected where incomplete or inaccurate, or have it erased (note that erasure may disable the proper functionality of BlackBerry’s services).
