As used in the BlackBerry Solution License Agreement or as referenced in connection with BlackBerry World or any other BlackBerry Commerce Store (or any store formerly referred to as a ‘RIME Store’), “RIME” or “BlackBerry Commerce” means the entity set forth below.  The entity for a particular jurisdiction may change from time to time with notification of such change being made by posting an updated version of this page.  Updates to this page shall apply when published by BlackBerry, and not on a retrospective basis.

• 1.1 BlackBerry Limited

  BlackBerry Commerce means BlackBerry Limited with respect to End Users residing in, or in the case of purchases of Offerings from a BlackBerry Commerce Store, with billing addresses in, Canada. 

• 1.2 BlackBerry Corporation

  BlackBerry Commerce means BlackBerry Corporation with respect to End Users residing in, or in the case of purchases of Offerings from a BlackBerry Commerce Store, with billing addresses in, the United States (including Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).

• 1.3 BlackBerry UK Limited

  BlackBerry Commerce means BlackBerry UK Limited with respect to End Users residing in, or in the case of purchases of Offerings from a BlackBerry Commerce Store, with billing addresses in, all jurisdictions other than Canada and the United States.
